pam_alreadyloggedin for Linux

This is the Linux-PAM module that allows you to configure authorization policies (login policy provided) with avoiding password entering if you are already logged in on another console. This should be very useful for multiple logging on VT1-VT6.

Additional restrictions are pattern rules for current and previous TTY, and disabling behavior for root account.

Original code is taken from FreeBSD stuff.
