Small utilities for Windows

Here are placed my own console utilities that may be useful for batch automation on command line interface (for example, if you don't like VBScript).

Shellink manipulates by LNK-files, also known as shortcuts. It replaces "shortcut" utility from Windows'95 Resource Kit, but is significantly smaller and works also under NT/2K/XP.
