CSA stands for Center for Supercomputing Applications. This is subsidiary of russian Ministry of Education. I have been working here as system programmer and teacher since August 1996 until May 1999. Until summer 2004 they have been hosting my first homepage, www.csa.ru/~il.
My CSA-related materials are partially mirrored on my current site now.
However, most of them are outdated, obsoleted and deprecated ;-)
